Beautiful historic medieval town with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea monuments.

Pals is a Spanish municipality of the Baix Empordà in the province of Gerona, Catalonia, formed by an ancient historical monuments starting with the castle, the town and the walls.

It has a medieval center where the Romanesque tower built between the eleventh and thirteenth centuries, known as the Tower of the Hours.

Within the Gothic Quarter of the villa is cobbled streets and arches, facades with arched windows and stone balconies. The city wall has four square towers dating from the fourth century.
The viewpoint of Josep Pla (where you can see the fields of Empordà and the Medes Islands), the Plaza Mayor, the tombs in the Calle Mayor and the church of San Pere are other tourist spots of the city.

There is also a Museum of Archaeology.

Every summer, in Pals, a festival of fashion and gastronomy is performed by well-known outdoor called "White Summer". It stops consists of different clothes, jewelry, meals and desserts, activities like pony rides and evening concerts of different bands, groups or DJs.
